In 2021 Vetrerie Riunite S.p.A. acquired 70% of the capital of the Chinese company Suizhong Minghui Industrial Technology Ltd., leading to the birth of VR Group.
The company was founded in 2009. The company is located near the ports of the cities of Dalian, Tianjin and Qinhuangdao (China). This is a strategic location that makes transportation efficient and convenient.
Regarding the production capacity, Minghui is equipped with 6 furnaces and 12 production lines on an area of 43,333 m2 and with an annual output of 8 million pieces.
The company’s main business is pressed glass products. In particular, most products are washing and drying machine glass observation windows. Among the most important features of the product, it is possible to consider: high transparency (larger than 90%), good thermal shock resistance (100 °C), excellent impact resistance (0.635 J) and corrosion resistance. In addition to this, the production is dedicated to explosion protection glass, microwave oven trays and glassware.

The company has CNC control processing center, which can apply CAD/CAM technology using clients’ 2D or 3D drawing to finish project research and delivery independently. As regards innovation, the company has 15 nation patents related to glass and its technics. Moreover, furnaces apply most advanced technology of molybdenum electrode in the world, ensuring stable heating and no harm to the environment.

In the long term, the focus of the company is to provide leading and cutting-edge technologies and at the same time high quality services to meet clients’ requirements.
Over the years it has obtained several client awards for production quality, including the 2015 and 2018 Whirlpool Excellent Quality Award, the 2016 Haier Best Partner Award, the 2017 Haier Golden Magic Cube Award and the 2021 Haier Evolvement-Wins Award.
